Silent Whistle Policy

Silent Whistle

We all have the right to work in a positive environment and with that right comes the responsibility of acting in an ethical manner and letting the appropriate people know if someone is not acting appropriately. By working together, we can maintain a healthy and productive environment.

The silent whistle is a confidential, anonymous reporting tool that allows employees to report any violation including fraud, abuse and other misconduct in the workplace while cultivating a positive work environment.

If you feel comfortable, please bring your concerns to your department director, and/or an officer of the SDACC. If you don’t feel comfortable with this then report the violation anonymously either by calling 833-706-0062  or by going online to adventist.silentwhistle.com For more information, please see the FAQs by going online to the website provided.

It is better for you to report the violation anonymously than keep the information to yourself.

Do not use this reporting method if the circumstance presents an immediate threat to life or property. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.
